So when the Illinois Congressional Delegation goes to 15 in 2030, we will get re-gerrymandered from 14D - 3R to 14D - 1R? That's my guess, even without Mike Madigan's Etch Sketch.
I’m not sure - it’d certainly be a much harder map to draw. But you can bet that if those two seats are going to Florida or Texas, those legislatures will work overtime to make ‘em just the right shade of red to maximize their congressional advantage.
